York March 21st 1956 - September, 11th, 2001 Laid to Rest: September 15th, 2001 Raymond was a dedicated member of the New York Fire Department for 2 decades. He bagan his career with the bravest, at Engine 21 on 42st in Manhattan where he remained for many years. After winning custody of his daughter, he made a transfer to Engine 285 in southern Queens in order to walk his daughter to school and be with reach when needed. He remained at Engine 285 until he was severely injured at the scene of a fire. He was put on light duty, where he choose to take a position at the "Fire Zone" A child fire education facility located in Rockefeller center. On the morning September 11th, 2001, he was made aware of the situation occurring in lower Manhattan, He didn't have a second thought and immediately responded to the World Trade Center attacks. Upon arriving, he was told he that all first responders where evacuating. However, Raymond could not bare to leave innocent people and brothers behind.
